ROMB SA belongs to Grupa Kęty SA, a parent company for the Capital Group consisting of three main business segments (24 companies in total, including 13 foreign companies) operating in the following areas:
production of aluminium profiles and componentsdesign and production of architectural systems and external aluminium roller shuttersbuilding and assembly services for aluminium facades, production of building accessories and production of flexible packagingConsolidated sale revenue of Grupa Kęty S.A. amounts to 470 million EUR, export accounts for 46% of total sales, and the company’s products find their way to a few thousand companies from 50 countries worldwide.
The shares of Grupa Kęty S.A. have been quoted at Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1996.
